i am one of those individuals you long to be (at least i think i am - and thanx!), and u can be like that too.
as long as you are happy with who you are, don't worry about other people's critisisms.
most people aren't critical anyway - and if they are it has more to do with them and their insecurities then you.
but if they are a close friend, and someone you trust, saying they have a problem with you, then sure, listen to them, but in the end it is your life and you have to be happy with yourself and your choices.
