I like the part that says,

"Tuck me in
For the deep sleep
The warmth lulls me to sleep
the brilliant red, last thing I see."

very very nice, i applaud you. one thing i noticed (weather you realised this or not) your using alliteration. i noticed a lot of "b" sounds, "s" and i think it's great.
