Awesome poem I really like it.
It's got great flow, and well-structured. I like the comparison to going home.
One thing I though about though was the last line, "Away to the place I call home" I don't know, but to me, perhaps "Back to the place I call home" may fit better...maybe it's just me.
I really do like this poem though, it's so...i don't know, there's something about it.
The mood throughout is one of hopefulness, and I hope everything works out for you.

The atmosphere of the poem is full of hope, which is a nice touch. The journey will be hard, of course, but it sounds like you'll pull through. It's good to hear that you're feeling better. Kudos!

couple things:
1) you know what i'm gonna say so i'm not gonna say it.
2) it's not as nice as your other I'm moving on poems...don't like this one near as much, it seems...i dunno, forced?
3) disregard everything i've said because i don't really know what i'm talking about and i'm not the sanest of people right now.

This is really good, I like the way that you compare it to a journey home. But just remember you shouldn't take that journey unless you want to, and not be influenced by what other people say. Anyways, good poem.
