I don't blame you for being angry at your parents but I think your older sister just might understand just because she gets over her anger quicker then you doesn't mean she can't see how you feel.
I don't know how you feel about God but whenever I feel down I always find it helpful when I pray as I know at least God will understand me
maybe you could try it it just might help (just an idea you don't have to do it)

I know what you're going through. My mom has Fibromyalgia, with migraines, and arthritis. I see the pain she goes through everyday, and it hurts to know that no matter what I try to do, I cannot diminish the pain she goes through. More often people with Fibromyalgia need to tell the world about their pain, not for the pity, but for the much needed information. I know with fibromyalgia there is alot of frustration, partly because there is no cure, and because it is known as an "Invisible Disease", hence some people don't believe your actually in alot of pain. I credit you for putting your story out there, more people need to know what this disease can do to one's self. I look forward to the other chapters in your story!
