I think so many people in today's workforce can relate to this. Everyone hates that 'other' golden rule...(the customer is always right). Excellent short story with a very funny ending. Well worded and good grammar.

Very nice comical twist put on something many of us have to face on a day to day basis.

*Laughs* I know some folks who work in movie theaters...and actually, I could see one or two of them pullng stunts like that...then again, I hang out with weird people.

Great story. I'm in the customer service area and I've learnt to hate people alltogether. :) Not really, but there are some horrible people out there. I love the style of the story.

That's why I don't sell tickets. Currently I'm working a drive-thru fast food, and I'm rather surprised that I still have that job, given what I want to say to those idiots who show up. Secret Shoppers are the worst.
Anyway, very well written, as I could picture it all happening very clearly.

Great story! My wife and I couldn't stop laughing (sorry about laughing at your misfortune, but you will too later in life if not already). The writing is great and the dialogue is perfect. The only mistake I found is you misspelled "favourite" in the 3rd paragraph. Awesome job! Keep writing!
