depressing. i'd liek to think that books are immortal, shakespeare is a genious, literature is everything, but maybe you're right. this was a very powerful poem, it made me think aobut a lot of things i don't paritcularly want tot hinka bout. it was chalenging, interesting, and saddening. i can't say i enjoyed it, but it was a wonderful, timeless peace of work.
an ancient greek once said that there was nothing new to write, and everything had been written already. but we're still writing. he was wrong.
