Great poem! Sorry about your grandfather. My grandfather died just this past summer and it was the first real death in the family for me. The only real thing I regret about it is that I did not know him real well because I only saw him a few times a year. (He lived in PA and I live in VA) Anyways, thanks for your review. That is beautiful. It's not that strange to miss him more now. My grandma died when I was five, but I miss her so much more now than I ever did then. I think it's because you realize as you get older how much they blessed your life. Thanks for your review on my story, the Tiny Leaf.

No, it's understandable that you miss your grandpa more now than before. I too lost mine seven years ago, when I was in 2nd grade. There's always so many thoughts in my head about the things he could've taught me.

I knew my gradnpa at that age too. I think he's still alive. I hope he is, I don't know because he lives in another country. Beautiful comparision.
