Though you state from the outset that it's an optimistic opinion... is there anything necessarily wrong with that at all? Should optimism be discouraged? No to both.
Indeed, you should be commended for such optimism. The world is too full of jaded souls and pessimism to view optimism as a negative thing. Well done lass: it's a brave outlook and, in my view, an affecting one.
