This is a wonderful story! I love how it's written in first person until the very end...it really does seem like something that would be going through the mind of a mental hospital patient. It's so logical and clear, and the guy seems so level-headed and matter-of-fact - when, in fact, it's the exact opposite. I love all of that demented psychological stuff. Please write more soon!
