Gah!! Wonderfully funny :) Not too long and not too short (other people might have gone on and on and on and on...) Loved the ending with deadpan "I have to pay for an overdue library book". The craziest thing about this story is that Elephant Man actually makes sense. His approach is so logical, the only way you can really argue against it is by saying, "You're mad!" and calling the cops.
Must go now and read your other stories :)
