Try meditating on positive things inside your head.The beauty of the world around you life it self how dear it is.The starry nights, the moon that shine to give us light.The color of the falling leaves the beautiful trees.The air we breed. Creation makes life worth living.How much do we appreciate the things made for our enjoyment.
