great speech. i've always believed in the correctness of individualism. this won't show up in a speech but i think with the line "We must respect each others’ uniqueness" i may be wrong on this so you'll need to doublecheck but i think the apostrophe goes before the s.

Ahh . . . that was really sweet. It definitely makes for a nice speech.
