wow, very interesting story. The ending was great, in some ways slightly disturbing in a psycological way, but that always makes a thought provoking story. Nice work

Wow! This is wonderfully written! I love your style, it grabbed me immediately. The only thing is a small typo "Your no man! You're nothing but a drunken coward!" Veronica screamed at him. "I hate you!" I believe Your should be you're right? I'm make my review longer but I have to go read the next chapter! :-)

*stares* You know, I've thought of a machine once, sort of like the one in your story. Mine was more of a "Movie Projector"...I would explain, but this isn't about me. Your story, it's very interesting, and the changes, to me, were suttle, and well. Perhaps, you'll get what I mean.

Interesting concept! but waay too short i would of liked to read more! maybe the doctor could go under in the machine?? hint hint :)

Wow. This story was good. Too good. Anyway, I loved the themes that you presented and the way it kept me captivated. You are a wonderful writer and I'm sure you won the contest. What contest was it? I'm very interested in contests and I would like to enter in one some time soon.

I didn't really see the switch, but I thought this was an awesome story. I know the thousand word limit is rough, but you managed to make all the right cuts to produce a short, fast paced story. Great job, keep writing.

PS. you actuall had me a little nervous, I'm currently working on the 3rd chapter of a story called "Where Sleeping Dogs Lie". It is a totally different story, but the similar names were ironic.
