Good emotion and wording. I feel really sorry for the speaker. It sounds like s/he got dumped in a bad way.

This was a very good poem, well thought out and I especially liked the describing of what the person meant to you "My wind and rain, my summer storm, You were my sickness, my disease". It truck me, and you have some great stuff here.
