a very accurate observation of past and contemporary juxtaposed. time alters many things, but i feel as i believe i am not really supposed, or required to feel, that perceptions are made rosy by the passage of time...not to say michelangelo was not wonderful, its just if he weren't it would have made little difference, i think with all the dominoistic exaggerations of genius that is going on this world always nonstop ever.
