Your paragraphing needs work. Every new idea warrants a new paragraph.
Your story isn't the darkest I've ever read. It's actually mildly amusing, a nice attempt at stream-of-consciousness.
I went to your website. You should see a doctor about the ringing in your ears. There's the possibility that it's an actual disorder.
