aw...this is very expressive and yet kind of depression. but i can tell that you really love this guy and guess what? i can also relate.
anyway, i loved the repitition, word cohices, rhyming and metaphors that you used to create your overall mood. i especially loved the lines:
"I would drown in a lake of fire
You're the one that can take me higher
And I still love you
Because you're my desire"
also the lines:
"Your name is tatoo'ed across my heart,
Forever etched in place".

Im not really a song writer, but to me this seems great. I can identify with it and the chorus is filled with feeling. Good Job!
