Now this I know something about - this has happened to me so many times it's hard to remember even half the people I've known or loved. This poem is very good, and conveys the exact emotion someone feels when they are forced to leave behind everything.

You seem to have shifted your poetry style since the last time I read any of your work. It has a clear, open feel to it. I'm really diggin it!
