fairies and snapple 2009-05-29 . chapter 1That was great. The rhyming just added to the overall humor, like those fable-like nursery rhymes, and I think almost every author on this site can relate. |
 imprudently discreet 2009-03-18 . chapter 1hahhahaa!

Duuude 2008-10-30 . chapter 1I almost cried! I know how Young Lily feels. XD
Fictionpress should be a halloween creature, look what it's done to poor Lily. All she wanted was a review!
Nicely written. Loved it. =) |
The Ordinary Girl 2008-05-24 . chapter 1That poem was one of the most creative and humorous poems I have ever read, though, I do admit, I haven't read many... I enjoyed it quite a bit. This is definitely going into my faves! |
aurora borealis 2008-05-03 . chapter 1Ah - fantastic. Both heartfelt and ironic. Is that even possible?
It's amazing how many stories that deserves tons of reviews only get a few - and stories that get hundreds despite their crappy quality.
Keep your chin up, love! Your review-getting days will come! :) |
loves him 2008-02-24 . chapter 1omg, how hilarious!
I saw this mentioned in someone's bio and I just randomnly clicked and found your poem.
Arghh, I can relate with poor Lily's situation all too well. In fact, I'm going through it right now. hahahha, but thank you for posting your poem and inspiring whoever has read it to well...get out there and review.
About the poem itself, I'd have to say that I liked how you didn't mention the name fictionpress itself until a few stanzas into the poem and how it entices readers to come and read and then sends them off with nothing. lmaoo, too funny.
Happy writing! |
She Who Loves Pineapples 2007-03-20 . chapter 1-laughs- So true! |
Angel-Lija 2006-01-04 . chapter 1Great poem, I can totally relate. I hate not getting any reviews, and the sad truth is that some of my stories don't get reviews. Anyways, I like this poem, sad and funny and true all in one little package.
I really liked "Beware beware of Fiction Press! Its flashing eyes its floating hair". You're making this site sound like an evil person. Very cool. |
 pseudonym-of-mine 2005-12-25 . chapter 1*bows*
yeah...I hate it when people just give on here because of that...
it's really sad. |
The Real Evil Penguin 2005-09-04 . chapter 1 Oh! This poem is very clever; I love it! |
Girl In The Galaxy 2005-07-21 . chapter 1 OH, that's creepy!! Br... *shivers* extremley, EXTREMLEY nice though. Kinda describes how I* feel when I post a story I think is good and noone reads it. awesome. :) |
Aelaris 2005-06-16 . chapter 1Dang... I can identify so much will this... Sitting around and wishing my stories had more than my own reviews.Brilliant topic, witty verse, and good flow throughout the piece. The exception to the good flow is "(and reviewed I dare say)" It could use another syllable like "(and reviewed, might I dare say)". Aside from that, nothing really stood out as problematic. Well that and ryhming "Here" and "Hear". I have no clue why that would be wrong but it seems weird. And now I shall return to waiting for reviews, having learnt nothing... |
 The-Allie 2005-04-04 . chapter 1Hah! I love it! |
Mlle. Daae 2005-03-24 . chapter 1That was hilarious. Nice job at writing an original work on a subject that all we here are well - too well, aquianted with. Have another review, you definitely deserve about one hundred more...

Noah Nazim 2005-03-04 . chapter 1Haha! A rather nicely done parody with an effective rhyme scheme. I enjoyed that. |
