I'm liking it so far. Poor Brendan--his anguish is simply adorable. And I admire Sarah's gusto. Her covert way of masquerading around and actually *plotting* a takeover is far more realistic than the traditional "sent into exile and gather a rag-tag army" you tend to read about.
What can I say? I've always favored deviousness over kindness. ^^v

Wow I really like it. It's interesting that you'd make the sister the ambitous one and the brother sweet and gentle. :D Very nicely done. I cn't wait until the next chapter.
