I really like this. I've often thought about this myself. I like the idea that they're singing; you could even do more with that. Only the first verse is a haiku though, unless I'm mistaken about the definition of haiku, which I could be. I only learned about it in English class from a not particularly good teacher.

Hmm, I was driving past this flower garden a few days ago, and it was gorgeous. It would be a lot different if some flowers were picked wouldn't it?
Anyway, Sakura: It's just about a sakura(cherry blossom) that is picked off a tree by the wind and then sent in the water, and then it floats on out of view. That's pretty much it _
