I found this an interesting poem as you compare and kind of combine your feeling with that of Jesus... and then the similarities to that of the Lazerus scripture... beautiful

beautiful. and inspiring. it really evokes a feeling of respect and awe for God's power.

this poem made me think about so much, which i think is a sign of a great poem! first of all, if God has the power to raise the dead (which i believe he does) why doesn't he do it more often? and if he doesn't do it more often because death is the natural way to pass from life to the afterlife, then why did he bother doing it with lazerus or jairus's daughter (i won't go so far as to say why did he do it with himself because that one is obvious) Anyway, that was kind of getting off topic. I think you really captured Jesus emotions here, I've always marveled at that verse "Jesus wept" and how truly human he was at that moment. Great writing!
