I think you wrote a very good essay and you should have more reviews because this is something that EVERYONE can relate to. For instance, my freshman year was horrendous: I was slapped in the face with so much change, not only from my school but from friends and family as well, and it was both disappointing and depressing, ESPECIALLY considering that great times you might have had in the past. But you have a very good view on change: you make it out the way you want it to be. If you make it out badly, then it'll turn out for the worse. If you make it out to be great, then it'll be fun. A wonderful, true essay.
