Ha! Now I KNOW Apollyon's gonna lose! In Peter's List of Things One Must/Must Not Do as an Evil Overlord (I think that's the name of it), the one most crucial thing, reemphasized over and over again throughout the list, is that the bad guy must NEVER delay killing the good guy if he wants to emerge victorious. Not even to torture him. The delay will inevitably buy time for some miraculous event to occur at the "TA-DAHH!! nick of time" in favor of the said good guy...and that's how I know Apollyon will lose.Of course- my having said that- he'll probably win.
