This poem reminds us of the harshness we deliver to ourselves, it is very well written and I think everyone can relate. I am sure everyone thinks to themselves why can't they be perfect, some more to others, some so much it leads to self-harming, anorexia, I don't even think I need to go on. This poem is superbly written as well, it is hard to pull this subject off this well.
