lol, clowns. Man, I saw a production of Julius Ceasar like that -- weird as all get-out, with random (and, in this case, killer) clowns. You might want to consider a different closing line to the story, though. The one you've got now seems a little blunt, and not as witty as the rest of the piece. Perhaps something tying back to one of the running jokes of the piece? Clowns, French, calamari, etc. An amusing story, all in all. It made me smile.
