This observation/metaphor really made me stop and think:

But elephants usually graze,it's the mosquito that bites.

It's very true, and voiced in such a poetic way (duh, it's a poem...You can call me Captain Obvious).

I read this and couldn't help but frown when I remembered that you said you haven't been writing much anymore. I hope that changes.
