Good story. Short but poignant.
The first person letter style seems to be used a lot in many books, but it is a lot more interesting than plain first person (which is very limiting, dont you find??)
This is a good story. It is clever how you develop the character of Connor. Without us even knowing what he looks like, or even how old he is, we get a mental picture of him our minds. Perhaps it is because we know so little of him that he becomes very real.

That's fantastic. I mean it - amazing... I barely ever feel much for books, or films, but I was so unbelievably glad when Connor's dad found him I shocked myself! This is very, very good. Ever considered submitting it for a short story competition, or anything? You can win a lot of money through those things - the latest one near me was £500 for the 18+ top prize. Not bad! I'm officially crap at short stories.
