This was fantastic, the images were bright and kind of deluded but fascinating none-the-less. The highway analogy lodges a place in my respect, as does the last stanza.

Very nice! It was clear from the subject matter than this was no lightweight poem, but you handled it in a manner that was grotesque and powerful. Some of it felt slightly over-the-top to me, but it was by and large evenly proportioned in the grotesque. The last line in particular was strong, because it give a forceful impression of how some aneorixic people may think.
This is a very good poem, and I like the meaningful message. It bordered on trite when it escaped the bounds of the particularly subject matter and ventured into the gothic\morbid, but it almost always stayed squarely focused on the topic and thereby kept the reader focused on the impact of the poetry. Very nice poem, and if I haven't said it before, thanks for the review on my song.
