But personally, if i was in that situation, I'd have grabbed a shotgun a long time ago and blown the cats' heads off (sorry to any cat lovers!). That's just my personal opinion, though.

Sorry I didn't make it clear. Thanks for asking anyway, here's how it goes.
Cooper and Perry just went back in time, with the aid of the sorcerer, right? Well, rather than just shoving them straight into the past, I decided to give a chapter to introduce what was happening at the time. This chapter is back in time from the part with Bart, he will be coming back in the next chapter, and yes, Felix is an important character. You'll see why later.
Phew... Is that clear enough? I hope so.
