wow, this is really strong and deep. I seriously love how you can rhyme and not make it sound forced. Thats hard for many people to do. I like the last 3 lines.

Very familial, by the way you've phrased the "Death's horse's hooves" and "I'm short of breath now...every one is subtle," you defnititely take the "pain" away.

That was so pretty yet sad but happy at the end. The emotions were so well expressed that I couldn't decide which one. It was just amazing!
