Really good poem! I Love the rhyming sequence and the imagery! Keep up the god work!

I LOVED THE ENDING! It went so nicely the whole time and the ending just topped it off.

I liked it, your nature imagery is beautiful and you have a good rhythm going, but it was hard to follow. Mostly, I think because it's such a long contiuous block of text. If that's what you wanted, then all power to ya, but it makes the poem harder to read and stay focused that way... maybe if you stretched it our or broke it up some?

I think a good deal of us are searching for that. The true meaning of being alive, that is. I guess we'll never actually find it, but it's so fun to wonder, don't ya think? I just can't imagine that knowing the answers to these questions would be half as fun as wondering the answers to them.
But, that's just mean rambling. About the poem; I really like it. (If I didn't, I wouldn't have reviewed!)

Great job- everything flowed really well and it had a nice style and voice that stayed throughout the whole poem. My favorite lines were
"Dreams that go on/for all eternity,
never crossed the line/between illusions and reality"

Whoa... that was GOD! It was so deep, so metaphorical and had so much feeling. I loved it! It was written very well, the writing style was so good! What you depicted and how you write everything is so good my heart skipped a beat. I read your bio, I play the flute too (well, when I was in band... don't really play it anymore...)

*teardrop* This poem echoes my feelings of late. My heart was broken for the first time a week ago, and I'm still healing and trying to rediscover who I am. I can understand the feelings described all too well. Your poem is a true inspiration, an all-too-accurate description of a feeling nobody should have to surrender to.
