I enjoyed this poem. It was spoken with an honest sincerity that appeals to me. I have to say you did so a very nice job with it however, the last two lines kind of throw everything else off because every other stanza has four lines and then you have two in the last one. You could proably leave the last two off and end with "until the end of my life" Other then that very nice job.
