The way that you incorporate key factors of the original myth is beautiful. You have a spectacular story going on here, and I sincerely wish you would update.

Your characters are very well brought-out I think, and I loved the history that you crafted for them. It gives the sense that they were both lost and confused in their worlds but now they have come together to form their own...and they will, of course, be the King and Queen.

Ah, please update. This story always leaves me desperately wanting more.

First he's "quite loathsome" and by the end of the chapter he's making her cry? Evil man! I liked the brief rant about wild apes and the comparison to a burrito was so... why a burrito, Katie, WHY? Good imagery, though, I got a very clear picture of it in my head. Now I'm hungry...

Pretty descriptions, pretty analogies. I'm going to beat you to death with some semicolons, though. Argh! Anyways, the dialogue is really clever; they're super cute together. "What? Nice outfit ^_^ I liked Persephone’s little inner dialogue there. It rationalized everything she was doing, I could start to understand why she’d agree to live with a stranger in the first place. Good work, looking forward to the next chapter.
