First off, I must say that this poem is largely a beautiful poem. But, although the first stanza really touched my heart, I don't think I felt the same connection to the second stanza. It seemed liked a personal twist that I wouldn't understand as an impartial outsider. Still, thank you for sharing.

Nicely done, presentation and style are superb. One change I'd recommend --Change comes to come. otherwise an oustanding poem. Thanks.
