Flawless…… The descriptions of cutting were so perfect. You expressed the helplessness, and fear, and desperate need for just a little relief with compassion and honesty.

The part about him cutting himself was especially well narated. It's both disgusting and fascinating. One of those things you don't really want to think about but can't look away from.
And then when his wife comes in, it was one of the sweetest things I've ever read.

as you know loved it, i love how vulnerable you see him to be, and the way his wife always loves him no matter what. could really identify with this story.
