Ah! Now I see where you get such poetic prose. This is lovely, I love the theme and the metaphor of scars is perfect. A very sad poem. Once again, I loved the last line...you have a talant for making the last line very poignant.

OMG! This brings so many times when I would look at my birthmark, and remember how I used to be teased...Uwaah!I love this!

favorite line is the last "Though no more than memory" memory is an absolutely perfect word, and i'm a sucker for it and lack it.
