Interesting Terry/Jamie thing. Wonder why he's lie. But anyway - this didn't seem like an entry to a counsellor .. shows up the character did enjoy writing it.

Loved the way you wrote that. "1992-I start dancing. Hoo boy." and "We all hate P.E. and associated teachers. Even so. Middle school’s okay" They made me smile. Convincing character.

Timelines are fun. Yay with timelines.

This is a good way to start introducing the character, but maybe you could intersperse it with conversations she had that day, like interject in the middle of the timeline, "stain on right hand margin is from Anna's egg salad sandwich - not my fault" and then in the middle, "Harold says to add that Dulcie goes baa, but she really doesn't anymore." Little side comments that aren't just statistics.

Good beginning. A pissed-off kid with a sense of humour in a world that hasn't got one.
