If I ever chose a poem to relate to it would be this one! THe whole "Darkness is so much better than reality" is such a true feeling sometimes. Your ability to put pain into words and make it bautiful is uncanny.

Wow. I really felt your pain and I could see it turn to apathy within the poem. I think that's why I liked it so much. I could glimpse into your emotions. The walking alone part reminded me of "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" by Green Day, and I really think that it fits nicely with the tone of the poem. It adds to the loneliness and hurt. Really nice.
