Well...least you utilized the flexibility of a poem's structure to the max. There is, sorry to say, nothing new in this poem. So many people have written something like this. Probably because a lot of people can relate, but maybe that's not the best thing. I suggest a twist or something, something the reader doesn't expect.

I know where you are coming from with this poem. It is so hard to let anyone reach out to you when you cannot accept the fear inside or that things can get better. This poem is so beautifully written and I like the structure and repitition. Kudos.

think this was a good poem because many people can relate to it. However I'm not sure that i understand the bits about I am alone because i choose to be alone and i am afraid because i choose to hide from fear. Surely if you hid from fear you wouldn't be afraid? still a very touching piece. well done
