There's not much to say because I'm simply gobsmacked. I could EAT this, breakfast, lunch and supper...and I would be satisfied (sorry, I never intended for it to turn out like that, pun on the name thing...) 'the small heart was broken in two' was brilliant, and like I've said: beautiful imagery. The 'she' was someone I think the persona should have thought about before he decided to have his little emo fest. You're amazing with those last lines: 'life, she thought, wasn't so bad when it was life with you'. I heart you. |
