The repetition of "grey" gives a sense of exhaustion and frustration.. A headache which lasts a year? That's what I call harsh! :(

A full year? Damn, and I thought my migraines were harsh! I know what you mean though. How nothing seems to have much form or color, how it all blends and mixes without seemingly any reason. Nothing solid to grasp on to. Almost feels like it can drive you insane after a while.
