Another piece that I can relate to completely. It sucks that you can't relive the parts of your life that you treasure the most (well, for me, anyway). I'm off to read more of your writing, you're very talented.

This is not an epic sweeping story or poem. But it was not meant to be. The writing itself is does not push me in either a positive or nagative way, but you ask what this is; poem,prose? That does not matter, what it is, is heartfelt, and above anything else, thats what makes it shine.

Considering the circumstances, I would say this is a natural reaction, and you expressed your feelings clearly and with feeling. I enjoying the shifting from phase to phase, it was all the better for it. We all put ourselves in our writing to some extent, poetry especially. This piece more than most others I would think.
