It has been a long time, a very long time, since I have taken the time read any poetry. I was never even much of a haiku reader even, but this poem touched. I took the words in quickly the first time, and something caught my eye. When I read Wish again I realized that your poem expresses a certain thought that flies through my head daily. Making my life into an often surreal blur. Not joyful, almost melancholy, a calm 'surreality' that gives me some hope.Thanks...
