abuseI'm just curious. Is your name "teh tarik" by any chance a pun/word-play of some sort? Ahem, yeah, cause I kind of understand the words. :p

abuseYes...I can almost see it happening all over again. The wave... the people... the dead... A very disorganised, but powerful poem. It captures the emotion felt when witnessing the actual event (I would know: I was there. I live in Thiailand and was only a few km away from ground zero) Keep writing more poetry. You're an excellent writer.

abuseon the second day of christmas... wow... awesome way to put it... Several people close to me nearly died in the tsunami- many of their friends did, and they barely survived, but i did not hear any news of them for almost a week after the tsunami, so it was a rather stressful time for me... Anyway, as you know, i can relate, and this is very interesting, wierd format.

abuseFirst time I think I've ever been in tears after reading a poem on this site. You did a beautiful job capturing what happened, the horror and the tragedy of it. Wonderfully written.

abuseIntense! Portrayed the extremity of the tragedy very well... made me remember what I felt when I first saw the footage of dead bodies on CNN: horrified.

Good poem, intense, deep and there're so many things in this poem it hurts.

abuseThat was amazing. Nothing short of amazing. I've been trying to write something about tsunami for a while now, I'm still working on my piece, but yours is so much better than I could ever manage to come up with. Heartbreaking, but lovely.

abusewell, this poem is marvellous. It is based on what has really happened. Tsumani 2612 clearly shows that human's technology can't fight the tsunami and the danger of the tsunami. This time is in Southern and Southeast Asia and East Africa. Where and when the next time will be? No body knows.

abuseThis is one of the powerful poems I've read on this site. The format and the wording brought the sheer horror of it very, very well. There's no softening here, only the truth, no matter how painful it is. I cannot express how amazing this is - I commend you. Phenomenal work.
