Wow this is so good and well-written! Verry very emotional, I got really involved with the story. I like the whole importance of the shoes in this story and how the speaker is so confused about how she still loves her mother after what she's done 'Yes, I do love her still. But why? Why should I still love her after she had left us?'. Also I really like the way that the mum's acting like the child, when her children are being so much more grown up
