Oh martel! i absolutely love this, i have read through all of it and...i have to say that this is my favorite so far. i would hope that you spare poor poor shawn in the sequel. and maybe he can have a relationship that he always wanted from the last person he'd exspect, then conflict..yadda yadda. but yea it would be nice. ok well i cant wait for the sequel, whatever it turns out to be. >.< i will try to review every chapp too, but it's hard to with no interweb...lolz

the age thing is irking me. in the first chapter it mentions that he'd be 18 in a month, but in his profile it says he's nineteen, which he wouldn't be until more than halfway through his trial... just wanted to say. that and, your story leaves me amazed, enraptured into its plot.

mussels... mussels? muscles babe, you must have meant muscles. -.- i can only accept such a mistake but once. -.-

i've found a new pet peeve, thanks, but the plot, it's beautifull OGC i love that emoticon, the only one i can really remember. but w/e. you probably hate my grammar, and lowercase "I"s while i am annoyed by your spelling of muscles like mussels, which is seafood, btw, and not sexy in the least.

well i think, now that i'm in the second chapter that our ukes roomie is his dad. the eye color age gap thing may not be a coincidence, but perhaps that is too twisted for even you, slash fic writer.

Ok I feel as if there are love webs going on. So tell me about them. First I thought Shawn was going to fall for Landon...then i thought he was going ot fall for Kale...and now he's falling for Conner? I'm confused? Are Landon, Kale, and Conner gonna get into a fist brawl for Shawns affection? That would be a kinda cool, unexpected twist.

I think i can see Landon (*which is my firneds nephews name*)
beating up Kale in the near future. lolz. GO LANDON!

Wow, this was an amazing story! I read through the entire thing in just a couple days. (stealing time at work to do so) I'm not usually into tragic stories but your characters were so vivid, so real that I couldn't stop reading. Now you mentioned a sequal but I noticed this was written in 05 and it's now 07 with no sign of a sequal. Any chance that you might still write it? I hope so cause I've become quite attached to Shawn as a character and I'm dieing to know if he ever reunites with his sister. Alright I'm going to end my rant and just say that your writing is awsome and I'll be keeping an eye out for more of your work.

this chapter made me cry. it was so sad. i did NOT expect that you'd maim the main character- that was just, wow. i am amazed at your bravery. i love this story, and the harshness of it. it's just great.

Oh my you are a GOD/GODDESS! I totally loved that and was shocked that the last official chapter ended so abruptly. That is why I was really glad you included a preview and now I'm so intrigued to know what happens, you have no idea!
