I like the expressions used. This is a lovely poem.

Great piece, so short and yet so telling, like a crystal of ice itself, hard and cold and glittering, yet absolutely beautiful and fascinating. I like the surprise in the last word/ line, this expression that inspite of what we know with our minds, our emotions cannot be ruled and regulated so easily. Our heart wants to keep loving even if all the chances are againt it. I can relate to the topic of unrequited love very well at the moment - in fact my whole account deals with that ...
