harpy 5/3/07 . chapter 1 I think I'm in love with you[r story]. The details- the characters...I've never read something so well-written in just the first chapter. I love Auntie S! She is such a fun character to read about...her way of speaking is really just terrific. I like what you've done to her, it's really just amazing. And how she tries to set spencer up on dates! haha! it's like how mothers try to find their daughters suitable hubands...which is totally great for the guy. Anyway, just wanted to give you a thumbs up on this story. I've seen it on a lot of favorites pages. Now onto the next delicious chapter... |
Jayn 4/25/07 . chapter 3He might know what's in the bottle, but i don't! Please update soon! |
Erisah Mae 4/16/07 . chapter 3LMFAO Awesome! this is so awkward, I'm falling in love with it... Nice style, original subject matter, and damn this is funny! Loving it, so update soon, k? Erisah |
Erisah Mae 4/16/07 . chapter 2"I'm an Indo-Canadian and I know quite a few Indian folks who don't give a damn about being gay; Both my parents are for gay marriage. NOt all of us are conservative and strict after all" Thankyou for that. I am so sick of these right-wing 'anything not our way can't be right' people. I mean, I personally am not gay, but why the hell does that mean that I, or anyone else in my position should hold a prejudice? Free choice is held up as an ideal in many societies, particularly western ones, and yet too often this is forgotten by wave after wave of neo-conservative self-righteous prigs. "Drown yourself in semen"- LMAO This looks good! Will review more when I've read more Erisah |
Natasha5 4/12/07 . chapter 3This is so good, it's a shame that you haven't written it in a while. Auntie Swaroopakuntala is awesome! |
Natasha5 4/12/07 . chapter 1I already love Auntie. And yes, in Indian families, we do tend to call every woman Auntie, every man Uncle and every young person Cousin. It's laziness. Why learn their names? Loving it so far. Going to read on now... |
Esquirella 4/12/07 . chapter 3You left it on this cliffie for TWO YEARS? Not cool! |

kirankoe 1/7/07 . chapter 2Holy mother of shit...this chapter had me laughing so hard my eyes were actually *TEARING*. NOTHING has done that to me before! Simply put, you're a fuggin' genius of words! If I wasn't sick right now and hacking up phlegm, I would SING your praises! Thankyou so much for writing such wonderful stories! |

cherrydrop105 9/20/06 . chapter 3Ooh, this story is so good. I got on this after reading Hiring a Hooligan (which is soo so good, please update soon!). I love Auntie Swaroopakuntala and I love the Indian-y references. (Being Indian myself. Heh. And Gujarati too). I LOVE Damien, even though he is pure evil. (What is it with bad boys that just draw you to them?) Please update this soon too! These stories are too good to be left incomplete. :) |
