i hate politics! we should just be thankful for the leaders we have and that they are free leaders chosen by us, the strongest nation in the world...what ever happened to "count your blessings" "be thankful for what youve got?"

hi! this is a great poem i know how a lot of people don't want war and they don't notice what would have happened or would happen with out it.

while you have a good point, many have said that the pen is mightier than the sword. wars might solve things the hard way. peace can be found under tyrants. like in china, after all. but if we'd try other solutions, maybe we wouldn't have to resort to wars. I dont know. mayeb I'm trying to defend an almost undefendable position. But if you consider the fact that america had to go to war to defeat britain, the same country that india toppled, with gandhi's help, through "civil disobedience", without war [though they were threatened with war same as america was], maybe it might make a little bit of sense.
